MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES The theory of Multiple Intelligence was proposed first by a psychologist named Howard Gardner in his book called Frames of Mind,   According to Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, people have the potential to develop a combination of eight separate intelligences, or spheres of intelligence. This theory challenged the traditional notion that there is one single type of intelligence, sometimes known as “g” for general intelligence, that only focuses on cognitive abilities. DREAMS & SLEEP  SLEEP Sleep is a natural state of bodily rest observed throughout the living things. Sleep is common to all animals, including mammals and birds and also is seen in many reptiles, amphibians as well in fish.
